What petition? I don't think it's a good time for utn-p to release in exchange. let the market starts recovering and then listed on exchange and still there is distribution of utn-p going on. not everybody got their utns yet.

One of the possible reason of this delay can be current highly volatile situation in these markets. I am not sure what is taking so much to take these tokens to some exchange if they were created and distributed for this purpose to be traded till the launch of mainnet. Waiting for updates on this thing.
I'm whith the same idea, and i think that is better to launch the token in the eschange when the market recover new ATH or start a strong recovery. So i prefere this delay, we must be patient.

Who are you? Why do you make the decision for us? We need the cobinhood to buy UTNp, and other people need to sell
UTN-P distribution is in progress, tokens are distributed by small portions, UTN will be distributed when MainNet is operational
