They (most likely) will first create UTN-P late december (before the end of the year), which would also make it easier to list the tokens on Exchanges. I do hope they will not delay UTN-P, can't wait to see how the market (and the Exchanges) will react.

All the wait will be worth for seeing UTN being traded on exchanges. This is the project I also have main bet on because of the new code or approach of the team towards some solutions for these business protocols. It is little to be in 2018 and then will be matter of weeks.

Tezos has literally no product now. And it has been almost half a year after their ICO. Universa has an operational testnet and expects to launch the mainnet in early 2018.
So there is no sense comparing these two;)

In the beginning of 2018 UTN will have a big breakthrough. Everybody waits for good news from them. I put a lot of faith in this project (Y).
