Investments never can be 100% safe. What I would recomment is to start with small investments, and may be if you have an opportunity to allocate your investments among several projects. And of course before buying tokens look thoroughly all info you have about the project, its team, founders and so on. I know that's obvious things I'm saying but still there are bsic requirements to make a profirable investment. Good luck, hope you'll make a right choice!

But of course such projects are worldwide that's why almost all of them are in English

Universa ICO is not still even begun. Only pre-ICO is over. Please, be patient and watch news in the official telegram channel, do not spread rumors

the pre-ico already over, how much funds collected on pre-ico? and how much price 1 universa token?

1 Universa token (UTN) will cost about $10-15
I'm also curious about how much was raised during pre ico, can't find it

Of course China is notorious for its tough market regulation, but blockchain technologies are our future, that no government can resist.

I'm from China too. Investment to ICO were banned only for legal entities and banks, but not for individuals. So he is right, because a lot of miners are individuals. However legal entities can invest like individuals.

I wonder, is Universa still interested in Chinese market, taking into account the instability of ICO regulations there?
