No, paypal is not yet implemented, that is why its written "Or paypal". Becouse it is still uncertain if it will be included as a payment.

Uneox is not a peer to peer exchange, it is a system. The only security feature which is of importance is the system itself, as we do not allow third party users to trade on our website.
Fiat payments will be first introduced with Credit Card payments.
