Thanks for all the feedback guys, I am seeing coins flowing in... But it's not what I'm expecting lol

It will grow over time, don't give up quickly. Expect to be in for at least 24 hours to get an idea of what a standard payout would be.

any eu p2pool nodes ?

Not sure, make a list of the ones you do know and tracert, lowest number of hops wins.

...in what way is it not as expected?  That it counts as mining instead of transfer from a pool?  Or something else?

Just switched over to p2p pool, I haven't found any blocks yet, how long does it take to find blocks? Should I recieve USDe every time I find the blocks?

Patience is key here, it will take some time before payments start rolling in.

With current diff at 4 and current share diff at 0.00530 every share over 347.34 is being counted. Personally, I've had way better coin income using p2p pools. When I setup my own node and tuned it they went way up. Plus, DoS resistant in that you can take down a node, but not the pool. Payments not stored on a node so if it went down you'd be paid for the share(s) anyhow.

A good read: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/a-guide-for-mining-efficiently-on-p2pool-includes-fud-repellent-and-faq-153232

This is a new kind of low to take out all the miners so whales can gobble it up.  I think it has to do with that new alt coin list that was just put up :/  Or wait, could it be the disgruntled ex dev?

ha-ha, yeah... he spent his 5m to order pools DDoS attack  Wink

you only need to worry about finding a block if you're mining solo. in a pool block is shared between all miners. in a pool you only worry about shares - the more shares you submit, the bigger block piece you get
