Pool hashrates are estimated. So is the net hashrate, based on the amount of shares making their way onto the network.

Numbers may be off while big changes occur, for instance, a pool quickly gaining hashrate, like ours, after fixing our latest issue.

Issue resolved.

The 78Megahash user had workers connecting from 118 ip addresses.
All forcing themselves to reconnect as explained earlier - and all staying at diff 16, causing the machine to lag, and stratum to go down.

Seems to be a botnet, hope it's not spreading and getting bigger.
For now blocked all involved (chinese) ip addresses.

For other pool owners; here's a list to ban all involved ip's at once:
