What do you mean? Update was successful and new wallet is available. Only thing you need to do is backup your wallet.dat and delete old qt.

Well I didn't backup anything, I just downloaded new Qt, and unzipped it in the same folder as the old one and overwritten the files.
looks like it works ok? I still have coins when I open wallet
