So am I to understand that there were more than 1 exploit of the KGW.  So the wallet update we just had took care of the first exploit.   Any more info on the 2nd exploit you're talking about and its controversy.  Just interested, tnx.

Don't think so, he's never been the voice of USDe before. I guess just wait to hear from one of the usual announcers for verification.

This was an old quote reposted only, ignore it.  As for our wallets go, the one available now (version 4) is the most up to date.  As a history lesson here:

Wallet 1 - was there for launch
Wallet 2 - was for the super-reward block removals.
Wallet 3 - was for the KGW exploit fix, forked at 144K.
Wallet 4 - was fix for heart bleed protection, also fixed versioning info - both Windows/Mac are version 4.  No fork needed.

-T

so, can i assume that wallet V.4 is good and up to date...?
and problems that we should take care and pay attentions now are :

A.  hash.so POOL not updated its wallet,, so people who mine there is doing in vain.
B.  usde.poolerino  is over 51%....

yeah, we do need to get poolerino down in size.  poolerino (both), block explorers, poloniex, alt outlet, mintpal, all major services seem to be riding on the same chain - just hash.so jumped the tracks it seems either due to lack of update or other reason - from what i've seen in their thread/from users - they are not very good at supporting their pools and keeping them up to date, etc.

Poolerino miners !

Pls move some hash to usde2.poolerino.com - we are far over 51% on pool #1

Thank you!

the 2nd usde poolerino pool is down FYI.

It's up for me just a bit more slow than its usual slow page loading

We are working on it. It was a ddos, but just a short one. Recovering now.
Slow frontend because we are optimizing some stuff, mining works fine.
Sorry for that.

Yeah seems to be working now.

BOTH http://usde.poolerino.com/index.php?page=dashboard   and   https://usde.hash.so/index.php?page=dashboard have a lot of hashpower over 200MH/S yet entire network shows only 280mh/s.
Poolorino is ahead as far the block it is mining
Hash.so is a little behind.

One of those pools had over 51% and has created its own chain...... or hash.so hasn't updated the wallet (seems less likely since in the beginning of block 144,000 all was good)

hmmm, I'm sure the team will investigate now if this is actual but hear you.  I'm not having any issues though as getting coins to wallet from Poolerino, and able to send/receive from Mintpal - our largest exchange so those are on the same chain at least.   I'd imagine this is the chain that is valid if one is not but will see.

hash.so has 220 MH/s mining USDE right now, and it's all going to nothing. Some people are going to be pissed when they realize they've been mining it for nothing. But if you read the forum, it seems other coins have had issues on there as well. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=402076.380

For me they were doing well up until a few hours ago, I hope they realize the problem soon.

Hi,

It was brought to my attention that there were invalid blocks being found on the P2Pool network. I have the most up to date wallet installed and now with majority of the P2Pool hashrate all blocks are valid. I believe there was a p2pool that was using an outdated wallet. If you are operating a p2pool please update your wallet.

Thanks,

Omar

USDE MINERS - PLEASE READ AND ADJUST YOUR POOL USAGE - WE HAVE DUP BLOCKS MINING!

I moved one of my miners over from usde.poolerino.com to usde2.poolerino.com - we need some significant hash to come over in addition to help balance out this particular pool it seems for the long-term.   Join in...

1.  USDe miners, some of you move to usde2.poolerino now!
2.  hash.so, we have contacted this exchange which split and is mining duplicate blocks.  please move off of hash.so or wait, and prepare to restart fresh when they update and reset!

It is critical that we split USDe miners across pools more.
