What would be the benefit then of this coin? Investors would want to earn a profit instead of getting only privileges.

This is a long term position.  Rental income, storing value in an ever increasing asset, the memories you and your family can create, and finally the ability to sell your share at any point for fair market value.

I see continuing benefits and growing value.

The first jump in your investment will be when the right property is bought at a great deal, do a little work then get appraisal.  BAM.

There are none, you don't need them.  You can't mine them, you can't stake them.  They will never be traded on an exchange.  You will however get to hold some
in your wallet or an address in my wallet if you prefer.  These coins will be solely used to produce a mutual consensus amongst the investors/participants VIA a detailed block
explorer rich list (double checked with a calculator) most likely https://chainz.cryptoid.info/

Once a list has been produced it will be transfered to individual written contracts between investors/participants and myself.  Each and every one of you will have a
piece of paper in your hands outlining your privileges, responsibilities and benefits. As well it will outline my responsibilities and obligations, and what happens if the
property must be sold or we decide as a collective to shut it down or upgrade.

No exchange trading your thinking ? What if I want out or want my money back or can no longer attend?  Your % share of ownership should be sold to someone else
based on that % of the appraised market value of the property in a personal transaction (will be appraised shortly after acquisition)

0.51 – 0.99 BTC – At this level you are entitled to profit sharing from rentals and 2 weekends or 1 week guaranteed per year for life.

                         3% of the rentals will be divided amongst the tier

Tier 3

1 – 1.5 BTC    - At this level you are entitled to profit sharing from rentals and 3 weekends or 2 weeks  guaranteed per year for life.

                      6% of the rentals will be divided amongst the tier.

Tier 4

1.51+ BTC –  At this level you are entitled to profit sharing from rentals.  You may use the cottage anytime its not booked year round (acceptable use).

                   25% of the rentals will be divided amongst the tier.

*This leaves a final 65% left of the rental fee's which will be returned to the property via upgrades, toys, hydro/gas bill and property tax

Q: Why are you doing this?

A: Because we all enjoy a couple weekends a year at the cottage and most of us don't have the time to own one.  
Considering the location I am choosing it will be easily accessible by locals and people from around the world.

Q: What happens if you don't raise enough money

A: ALL ICO funds will be returned

Q: When will the property be purchased

A: October – February is the ideal time to get a deal on a cottage (in the heart of the Canadian winter).

Q: Who are you?

A:  I am Trystan Partridge, many of you know me.  My name and phone number are on all my projects.

Q: When you say for life what does that mean ?

A: This is a long term project.  I would like it to last for generations.  

Q: What are these rental fee's you keep talking about.

A:  When the cottage is not in use by members it should be rented out.  200-300 a night is the going rate in
cottage country.  This will pay the bills and put something back in our pockets.  Sites like Kijiji, Craigslist, and
Airbnb will keep it full when not in use.


Listen to Ontario's best cottage radio station while you browse the Muskoka Tourism website.  Get a feel for the area.
