Hey, bars aren’t numbered I’m afraid. I did experiment with numbering but it didn’t come as well as intended so I decided against it for the mass run.

Could you please share the "squares" template (or at least indicate the size of each square), in order to create the keys and print them in the appropriate size?

Haha. No worries.
I could try and upload a template a little later. In the meantime, here are the dimensions used:
(In PowePoint) I created 6 adjacent squares (all 1.5cm x 1.5cm). The QR codes codes were 1.4cm x 1.4cm (evenly spaced in the squares) and the text (keys) depend on the font. - I'd recommend using a mono font for clarity though. The pub key can fit at a font size of 6 and the private keys in 5 (you can adjust this based on the font).

Looking good without a several-dozen-fold margin on production cost. It would be nice to have a silver (non gold plated) option too.

I think these would look nice in silver too. However, even if it were to happen, it won't happen before a) these sell out or b) enough people commit to a small run for them as each runs is costly.

Having been said, there were 150 made but a number of them are being held back due to their quality. I’m yet to decide what to do with them but I am considering hammering them into pancakes

Haha. Now if only I could find a hydraulic press lying around. I have some power tools here which may be a more reasonable resort. Either way, I'll document the destruction and post it on here
