I'm receiving reports from several users (I'm not a Vaultoro user myself) about a silver airdrop that was announced last December. Here is the announcement on Vaultoro.com site:

So the deadline was originally December 25th 2020, and later extended to January 7th 2021.

It was clearly stated that the silver would be given to ALL active users of Vaultoro, they only had to login to their verified account within the deadline.
Still users are now complaining that they did not receive their silver as promised, though they did access their Vaultoro account according to the airdrop's terms.

The answer they received from support is that the "winners" of the airdrop were only the first 1000 people to activate their account, so if they didn't receive the silver that means they're not among the lucky ones... That answer is just ridiculous, since the airdrop was not described like a race of the users to activate their account before some limit is reached: there is no mention about the 1000 limit, and it's explicitly stated that all existing users with an active account would get some silver.

Furthermore, some of those users can prove they accessed their account before Dec 25th, which was the original deadline. Since Vaultoro extended the deadline to Jan 7th, that must imply that on Dec 25th the 1000 limit was not reached yet, and then that user is eligible for the airdrop even admitting there was a 1000 limit, which is still not the case.

So that looks like an awkward attempt to change the terms for the airdrop afterwards and go back on their promise, only to save a few grams of silver: that's the kind of disgraceful behavior that makes a company totally unworthy of being trusted.

Then @Vaultoro, stop with this nonsense and give the silver to ALL users who honestly earned it, by accessing their account according to the terms stated in the announcement. If you keep refusing to fulfill your promise, then there's enough evidence for a scam accusation which will be posted in the proper section.
