They retweeted the press release which was jointly agreed which is standard practice. All you had to do was read the press release which they retweeted. The quote is in the press release. They would not retweet the press release if it was not jointly agreed.

2. Do you understand that quotes aren't always are taken from twitter, but given personally to post in public from his behalf?
