Correct, but it is not the only their purpose, they are going to revolutionize whole market in general, so exchange is just one of the goals.
On a first page there are more goals of Victorieum

It sounds good, as I think exchange is very important for new tokens. I saw their goals but most part of them too hard realize.

Why do you think so? To my mind right now is a perfect time to launch any product,because when eth and btc rate will be pumped, crypto collected by ICO will grow as well and it will be easier to achieve hard cap
