40% is an absolutely normal bonus for ICO presale. Many projects give 50% and higher.

40% is really not a huge number. This is a common standard practice for the sale of ICO tokens..

Read again about this project. They are revolutionizing centralized finance market and own crypto exchange is one of their priorities. As for me they should concentrate on something more precisely and don't develop too much services
