Let me disagree with you. The theory of the differentiation of risks in investing involves the storage of part of its portfolio in Fiat. Therefore, many investors are now just for Fiat, as investing through the Etherem or Bitcoin is not profitable.

If we are talking about the cryptocurrency market, then at the time of a drawdown, investors are better off transferring their deposits to fiaty. But if you are generally talking about investing, it is not always beneficial to keep savings in national currency.

We don't know exactly this is the right decision or not but due to the current situation of the market it is impossible to reach the hard cap due to many people are showing interest towards NEW ICO's. It is a very good idea maybe once aftermarket starts recovering.
