I think this kind of "blackmailing" should be arranged for every Crypto dev so at least people investing know the devs reaction and then judge them. If you are serious and capable dev, having a vision with great innovative ideas you dont need pump groups to help you get noticed, you will get noticed for sure. So if the dev agrees with pumping he is a scammer just wants to make profit and we all know how!
