Respect your urge for time and priority. If you will, send him a message on here with ways you can help, and that will give him a few things to think about.
He has let me know that new layout and logos have been in the works for stage 2. He said he liked your logo and you have great ideas.
He made a post looking for some code writers, and I'm sure if you messaged him you could get the ball rolling with your input.

Yes Dev is aware of the major need for disclaimers. I have written the XXX 18+ disclaimer and he has ok'd it. He is coding something that can pop up when XXX content is clicked. Also a cover page disclaimer is getting worked into the mix. The legal terms and disclaimers I believe he is taking care of, but portdavenport if you wanted to message him directly I'm sure you can be of some help. As far as the XXX Video uploads, as you noticed I have had to message some of you to kindly ask that the XXX content that you upload be set to "private"- The zoning is still being worked on, and we don't need XXX content popping right up on the front page until we have everything sorted out and zoning properly to the Adult section of the platform. Thanks to everyone for understanding and we should have things rolling more and more as development continues. Dev will be here later to update you guys with the roadmap and get on twitter and social media and speak up about VDO. This is just the beginning guys.

I completely agree with you. This should be the first priority regardless of content. Things are really starting to get rolling and I'd hate to see progress halted because of something like this.

Please make sure there are stops in place for inappropriate material as well... ie. child stuff, etc. There are sickos out there, so this content will need to be moderated... Even though the user is responsible for his/her content, you do not want this sort of crap associated with Vidioshare.
Adult content is going to bring A LOT of users to the site and the content owners will be making a lot of VDO off of their subscribers!!!
