question why would people pay for a middle man to youtube ?
... is it not easy to post on social media sites with or without your "coin"

Yeah it will be moderated and copy written material will be removed. The site would have to follow strict rules to be seen and actually be legitimate , from prevention of constant requests /threats to take certain stuff down, impending lawsuits, and also because they want to provide content from professional companies to host their content too.
