Who has rights to Vidio platform-we,as investors,or just dev.
It is just matter of time when Vidio bring attention of the biggest,and they buy mini ones soon as they smell competition.
I would like to see ,independent platform,without censorship,thatsway im in.
In reality investors has nothing to do with the platform..
People invest on the coin. They follow the promises and they invest to gain profit.
The think is that this coin is totally tied with the platform and at the same time is two different things.
That means that if the platform dies, the coin is useless..
This platform is an awesome idea but it could work with any other coin.
The dev chooses that path because it is much more easier for him. None would invest on a video channel platform.. but everyone invests on new coins..!
So the dev gets his reward and the funds to support it...
It is still a great idea and I think its gonna happen
I agree with most your comments except that NO other coin is doing it yet. I think its good someone is focusing on it, there is no reason it cant become much larger and use btc somehow in the future. Not saying that it is but being optimistic, theres vidios popping up on it now.
I would imagine the dev would, at least at first. If certain factors occur, there is no reason the platform could be decentralized and run as an independent DAC type scenario with ''shareholders'' essentially. Projects like this are the future, and hopefully we helped fund something (and someones) that can implement an alternative to youtube and such to ensure technological Freedom and independence from the big corps.
One thing though i saw a post on that i am currently uninformed of is the 100MB size limit? And if true, is this solved with a larger more robust network?
Yes, I uploaded my Vid riding my bike in the forrest and it said maximum file size is 100mb, also when I try play my own video it lags and doesnt play smooth, am I the only one with this issue?
no it lagged on my end, but my isp seems to lag at certain times when high usage, or so it says

@vidioshare I want to mention some thinks for the platform that I noticed.
1. is this the beta version of the platform or not yet?
if yes then it must be written next to the logo
2. everything looks functional, of course there must be improvements on the interface but what looks more serious to me is the player.. aspect ratio has to be corrected and if you are not going to code a new player then buy one instead of using the free version of jwplayer with their logo on it

? surely this cant be?My guess would be because it is mock version and because it is currently at the lowest number of users possible currently, 100mb is quite high for testing purposes, With funds received and if plans are ahead, money will go towards better bigger fast servers and limits will be much higher than now
