I got coins from two different contracts but under the same name Token VIONC as I understood the project scam?

Do we know for sure this one is dead? Did they leave any information at all as to why the project was stopped? I'm checking out my coins today and it looks like most of these are a bust.

The team promised to update the site before January 14.

The project has impressive goal - to come up a solution mainly on transportation problems, reduce fees and easy accessibility. Hopefully these would implement soon to the end users not just concentrating on trading.
