we will need a group of people to spread the workload around as it arises, and the larger the group, the less work for everyone.

I just ask that you have a basic knowledge of the blockchain, ie. If you have figured out how to mine monero, have created a website, can do basic coding, or have knowlege in business development  you probably know enough to join the group.

we will need people who have the intention of helping to fund the viorcoin corporation, its licencing, and development, in exchange for shareholders stock. 

we need ideas.  I have never started a business outside of Canada with international investors, so I need to research the legality of such a proposition if we are to consider growing viorcoin as a worldwide corporation.

also,  I dont need to be the one running this, if anyone else in the community would like to take on the leadership role of building a viorcoin corporation, I will support you as much as I can, as long as we make any investment into the final product legal and binding.

could you give us a few details on that call,   did you pay for those minutes in the past 2 months?  

It makes me curious as to why the dev has gone silent, but is still leaving the gateway open.

oh well I guess if we run with our own plan for viorcoin while leaving the option for the dev to come back if the coin becomes profitable again, then it may be a win win.
what i do know is that we still have voice and video chat, and that the last time i checked gateway was working one of my subscriptions but not on the other.
ill test it out again when i get home monday night.


I also want to make sure everyone understands my position atm.

I dont have the skill, energy, or time to swoop in and miraculously save this project.
Me and others are working on developing a plan to move viorcoin forward, beyond the work the dev has already done.
atm I am in talks with different voip companies looking at the cost and feasability and worth of setting up an outside voip service where you can buy minutes with viorcoin, and also buy viorcoin back.
If we go this route we will need outside resellers of the service, resellers will be able to buy viorcoin at a discount in relation to the set price of viorcoin/minute vs fiat/minutes.
bittrex would remain the speculators playground and would not be reflected in the viorcoin business model price.

mostly we need the community to become involves and to test the vior wallet and its features.
please help us to do this, join on slack and start in with the conversation.
 PLEASE  USE THE WALLET and post if the video call works for you.  
also PLEASE TEST HARDWARE

I just found out recently that video call does work fine with win 8.1, but for some reason it didnt work on my old camera.
truth is,  if the voice and video work already we dont have to go very far to help get this project restarted, just post proof that the voice and video call work from wallet to wallet.

INVESTING IN A VIORCOIN CORPORATION:

We are considering various investment/funding options.
If anyone would like to contribute to the Gateway Software and share in the profits/return
of the company that will be formed please let us know. This is separate from the coin.

We are also considering an option that distributes the coins according to the amount contributed
to the formation of this business endeavor and may give a period of time for the promised donation
amount. There would be a legal corporate entity created, contracts and documentation.

The investments could then be scaled in steps per the progress made so it's not all required up front.
First: could be the creation of the Corporate structure, name, website, Coin takeover or a new coin created.
Second: could be the purchase of the gateway software itself.
Third: could be the integration of that software into the wallet and new wallet release.
Fourth: could be the purchase of the other Gateway Software allowing for different OS platforms
and could be one at a time if necessary and funding the Gateway allowing for full use.
Fifth: could be funding various marketing strategies and could be one at a time.
and so on... This would allow more people opportunities to fund within their means
over time while also building the full trust of the Investors and the Community.

2) most likely we will need everyone to switch back to version 1.1 if old deb discontinues gateway.
Maybe he will let the current VoIP to be used until contracts run out or the minutes on the Gateway
so the least use on the Gateway the better. This will give time for coding a new VoIP wallet
BUT I guess it means it remains Viorcoin till the new VoIP Wallet is completed. As long as it's in the OP page
with the planed future road map it will still be a coin with valuable working features. But need to hope the old dev does not get offended and shut the services down on purpose and IF they do the wallet will still work as a wallet and then a switch could be made if desired till new wallet is out.

3) apps for pairing voip service to phones and tablets.
There may be someone that can help. Hope to chat again with them in next few days.

4) a decision on the business structure of the voip service, and a way to fund it.  
BC, What is your input and suggestions of what you would like to see and we can start from there... I trust your business mind. Funding will become more appealing to new investors and old once a clear roadmap and new OP page detailing it as with the business plan and the setup Corporate entity. There is plenty that can be done to pave the way forward that does not cost much and will prove to the Community we are seriously going to do this and going places with this Coin and Business endeavor. The Community Must See from US Regular Communication of our involvement with updates and a Professional VIOR TEAM regularly active.

5) a new group of coders to build on the vior wallet.
No reply from Nobodyouknow yet... I know he's very busy so hopefully soon. Maybe his meeting with his main developer was delayed...The Kore Team may have some referrals in the future.
My suggestion remains the same:
Keep Voircon and Korecoin separate. Vior can be the coin that appeals to the general public. Kore with it's  Æther OS FIRE option (and other features in the future) will be super stealth ANON and can purchase the gateway services from Vior. This way they can only force Vior to stop selling it's services to Kore. Neither one could be force-ably shut down leaving Vior's Business Model Intact. By then calling wallet addresses will become commonplace so it won't really matter much plus Kore will have the KorePhone.

Just wanted to say THANKS! to all those who started staking.
 

I Couldn't agree with Mike more, Guys (and girls), get involved, voice your thoughts,ideas and opinions on the future of Vior and Kore.

Both projects are both worth supporting, especially with Mike and the Koreteam on board.

A lot of Dev's and teams behind Altcoins have questionable ethics and morals, I can personally vouch for the fact that this is most definitely not the case with Mike and his team.

There is Much to Do!
IF you don't think you have valuable needed skills you are mistaken!

1-Staking Vior long term to support the Network no matter how many stakers there are.
2-Posting regularly and offering your honest opinions and suggestions.
3-Helping others to get involved.
4-Letting others know to keep an eye on these projects.
5-Supporting the Bittrex Account keeping Vior volume regular.
6-Be active in social media if you can.
7-Donate BTC to the work being done. People have/are spending BTC to support these coins.
8-If you don't know how to do something ask others and learn.
9-Feel free to offer suggestions on wallet features, graphics ideas, marketing, promotions etc.
10-Any other way you think of that could help support your/their investment.

We are setting up the Kore Team and once it's strong enough
we plan to collaborate even further with Viorcoin.

WHY? Is all the above probably the most important aspect?
Because it frees up the Team Members so they can concentrate
on all the other work they are doing in multiple areas and helps
pay the bills-of the coins so they can even do more work. We all,
like you have lives, businesses, jobs, Families and many responsibilities
outside of our work on these coins. We are not your usual scam devs,
we are Coin TEAM Members with a drive to do it right.

Hi Vior community. I found kore a week or 2 ago, had a good chat with mikemike today and thought I better drop in here aswell and say hi! Looks like there is something great building with these 2 communities and I am happy to help out where I can.

I am not a web designer, but can do all the hosting stuff. For 0.3BTC I would be happy to register a domain and host the old site and give complete control of that domain to the team so even if I get hit by a bus the domain can be moved to new hosting. So you shouldn't have to change it again.

I also agree with mikemike tho, while the old one is still up and working and doesn't need changing, may aswell leave it.

Any thoughts on what the new domain would be? Another .com ?
