UPDATE:
What I see is you will have to sync from scratch with anyone's blk file
so don't use anyone buy your own blk file but you will also have to have your tx file and wallet.dat
otherwise the blk file is useless from what I see.
I am also not sure if someones blk file is able to be used in all wallets.

Download it anyway for the Peers.dat file.
It is also in the zipped folder and works well.

Replace your peers.dat file with this one.
Make sure you have the "disconnect database at shutdown" checked in "options".
Close your wallet, wait a few and then replace it.

It's typical there are more stakers than the connections you have in your wallet.

what is your node IP? I have only 1 peer connected (my vps node)

Vior will survive and the plan is still in play but delayed is all.
