So yobit is trading ghost coin without Explorer, wallet etc...

I also saw the huge trading volume on Yobit for VIP.
It's too bad the blockchain seems to be abandoned.
Last mined block seems to be # 449204 according to the block explorer in the Windows wallet.
So, all trading seems to be happening just inside of Yobit with no way of moving coins into or out of Yobit.
I have a question for the more tech savvy guys amongst you guys (and I ask out of genuine curiosity):
What exactly would have to happen in order for the blockchain to resume working?
Is it correct that we would just need one node resume mining, or is there more to it?
Whether or not it would make sense to resuscitate the coin is not my focus here, the nature of my question is more technical (which is not to say that the idea of bringing the coin back to life wouldn't be somewhat exciting; I like the name of it, and traders also seem to like it...)

yet theirs a bot pumping it, but you CANT deposit or w/d... just think about that?
WHO's pumping? obviously yobit pumps wallets they can control the supply on.
their were no "successful traders", yobit's pumping a coin that cant be inflated since deposits disabled, to dump on FOMO noobs, as always... ;p
