Investing in PoS project is a very profitable but also very riskly idea. But if project has good partnerships, then you may try.

I try to make money wherever possible. POS is the future, I’m sure the old methods of mining by burning thousand of megawatt, will soon be a thing of the past.

Investing in POS has never been a good idea from the start, as you can see. You can count with your finger the 'so-called' successful POS project so far from a thousands of them until now. Even DASH does not make any movement since the last time it pumped up.
unless you are only looking for a passive income for your daily/weekly basis.

Yes as it stands now there will be no IEO or public sale, just a straight exchange listing.

There has been talks with private investors for a while.

Serious statements. I think if the throughput rate under network load will be stable 30k per second - this is a very serious challenge to many projects.
