And where is the proof that he is telling the truth? How do you know that you can trust him and who is he anyway? I do not know him, can become a general order. He paid for the article. But if this is true, then this is insider information in the public domain. Why would he do that?

Virtual reality is the next big thing along with crypto put the two together and you should have something wonderful as long as Martin repetto and the rest of the vox team are legit and I believe they are it's in there interests to make the 180'million vault vox they have valuable I have to believe good things are coming too vox

So it appears that this coin has the downside of an inactive/nonexistent development team and a lack of communication with the users. Due to that and the rapidly falling price it's considered by many to be a scam, the main issue being whether or not Voxelus is disposing of its premine or not (if it's not, then it's not a scam but rather a poorly organized project).
One thing to note is that if the equity swap happens, if premine disposal did indeed take place that might become apparent due to the number of outstanding coins being too large, resulting in a larger chunk than 1/3 of the company becoming up for grabs during the swap.
Too early to decide one way or another in my opinion, if good news does appear then there's some potential. Considering how the equity swap was advertised so publicly, I find it unlikely that it will not happen at all.
