Bitcointalk anns are still highly valued sources of information.

If i understood correct a new official thread will also be opened.

They don't like trolls and FUDer, so now all serious discussion will be move to wavestalk.org

It's a great idea to reopen the thread. We can monitor the FUD (and hype) which is one of the best indicator for trading.

Does anyone know if the other people mentioned on the waves team on the website truly exist? how come none of them is ever mentioned anywhere and the pics are first time to show up on google.
None of these guys names or pics have ever been seen on the net. Except for Yuri Gagarin of course   Wink

Why Sasha wants to be the face of the coin and not any other team member? The guy can't even say two sentences without shaking. Then that crappy interview with Taizen, and the guy high on some shit popping up every other minute. I hope Taizen can clear his name from recommending this, a little research showed Sasha to be someone running bots on NXT and doing insider trading. He is not even a coder, and he says he does not have a lead developer yet.

 The only one doing some work on this project is the wallet developer, and he is forking a project off github called scorex. For 30K btc you surely expect a little more than copy paste wallet dev. What's amusing scorex is not even done, and it has a weakness to a simple DDOS attack.  Not even the original Developer of scorex claims what waves is claiming. This is a product not ready for the market. I hope Sasha can answer this, somewhere on his forum at least.

flooding useful info with pages and pages of repetitive garbage is a kind of censorship in itself.  a moderated thread that allows debate is fantastic, but dont fool yourself into thinking bitcointalk isnt controlled and regulated by interested parties.

Its patetic if adult people cant avoid reading "craps" by themself, they need dev intervention. Censorship, regulations and interference in market are last thing that should be happen in cryptoworld

Because most people do not want to read the crap posted by most people.  98% is childish and has zero constructive value.

For the most part, BCT has become a cesspool.  No other forum I have ever been on allows the behaviors that are encouraged on BCT.

People think "Free Speech" is hindered with moderating or banning people, that is the biggest bunch of bullshit I have ever heard.  Free Speech has limitations. 

If there was another forum that actually enforced rules that required people to be civil, myself and I am sure thousands of others would flock to it.  Unfortunately, there is no such place.

Couldn't they do the same thing in a self moderated thread?
