Somewhere here I read that yes. You can write an article, the administrators will check it and maybe they will like it if they like to put it on the site. But this article should be reliable. This is somehow a muchly discussed in this thread and I think the Developers and admin are ignoring what the people saying that they need bigger and better promotions for wikibits.
