Caught using fake photos, won't end well for a project. In the end, the project will have no enthusiasts, many new threads they are created for whatever reason will be the same, will be lonely. Even if can solve it, the signs of bad behavior will still be seen by people.
Glad this forum has people like the scam buster, who are always researching all the new projects that come in, they are truly very valuable assets.

If what you wrote is true then this behavior is very unprofessional and I doubt anyone will risk putting money in the hands of a developer that act in the way like this.
