Um, yeah. I can get money cheaper than that in the back room of a card house.
There is only 1 line of prepaid cards that I can get that even allows $10 to be loaded onto them, all of the others are minimum of $20, the load fee being so high is why.
If the cards seem like they cost too much, check around, I really doubt you can find a prepaid visa for less that accepts cryptocurrencys let alone 16 of them. Ive been looking for a long time just to find a site to buy prepaid debit cards with Bitcoin.

Do you send the card on your own email, by hand? Usually on sites it is instant
I send the cards by hand currently. I plan on implementing upgrades in the future to make it instant. Think of this as a version 0.9
Also, I'm not sending from "my own" email. I have an admin email for that [email protected]
I want to be sure its going to actually sell alot of cards before I put in the time and effort in making it automated and investing the money into a sizable stock of prepaid cards.
Currently I have less than 10 cards on hand. It only takes me about 10 minutes to get more as I live 2 blocks from Walgreen's so no need to worry about shortages or long wait times.
Most orders will not take more than 20 minutes or so, longer if the coin takes a long time to confirm. The only time it may take longer is if an order comes in while I'm asleep. I may put something up on the site with hours or maybe a sign that says "AFK until" if it gets to be a problem

I have a couple sellers on my page that probably would, JP for one, but I would be interested in buying alt coins mostly LTC depending on the rate you could offer above btc-e price. I am sure I could pay more than the exchange you are using. Let me know what you think

I guess its not clear enough in the few sentences on the page, I will have to put more thought into my wording.
The card details get sent via email (Card#, Exp, Cvv)
With these details you have to go to greendot.com and register the card with your personal details before you can use it.
You can also call to register(SSN/DOB optional), the number is on my site.
It can take up to 6 hours to send you the card details. I only put this in so that if I get an order while I'm sleeping I don't have an unhappy customer when I wake up. Usually it will be quicker.
The card can be used anywhere a Visa can be used. I cannot personally test it in other countrys for other currencys. But I'm fairly certain it can be used in other countrys and there is an auto conversion from USD to other currencys. I would be happy to hear some feedback from international customers.

If I buy one can you reload it with more BTC later ? Say I want to load 25 BTC on it. Can you make that happen ?
Possibly in the future, but for now I'm just selling cards.
Consider this all a beta test as I will surely have to tweak a few things so I actually make a profit.
Also, I'm trying to keep the max value of each purchase to less than $100 to limit risk.

I want to take as many coins possible, I will reconsider if I get burned on a few price drops b4 i can change them over to BTC. I should be quick enough tho, and its nothing to worry about for the customer.

Its the load fee that kills it for the cheaper cards.
There is also some nice features you get with a greendot visa. You can get direct deposit directly to the card and they even send you a personalized card in the mail once you register. You can even verify a paypal account with one of these once registered.
