Xcash has so many rounds of airdrop which will last for months.
Such a long-term promotion and give away might have massive positive impacts later.
BTW, thanks Xcash team for creating the project from great ideas.

I'm not too familiar with Monero's and X-Cash's tech, all what I know is that you can't see on blockexplorer what's inside a wallet. Whan I don't  understand is what actually you can see on the blockeplorer, in other words where does the privacy end there. Moreover, I know that X-cash is now planning to give users the chance to chose whether to make their transactions public or not - how will that be reflected in the blockexplorer? Will the content of wallets become visible in case of public transactions?

I think that will happen when they announce it.

I have upgraded my wallet to the latest version and so far no issues encountered. All good with the big transaction tested it and working perfectly.

I agree with the forum vs social media stuff, I used to only use reddit and BTC talk for information, that is why I try to keep things posted on here as well, because I know people only use this website for their information.

its not mandatory but highly suggested you update

so we basically fixed the biggest issues in this release
fixed the unspents issue, meaning everyone should not get any TX not possible errors anymore, and it will be easier to send large amounts
this also should allow STEX to up their limit of 200K

we also fixed the remote node syncing issue as well
took about 20 seconds for me now on GUI wallet with remote node

also the legacy issue of older wallets saying ring size of 2 is too small in the CLI is fixed

If anyone needs any help with an issue ask one of us on discord/telegram or just post it here, I try to check BTC talk every day, but 1.4.1 should fix most issues for everyone

This release brings some minor fixes, notably increasing the transactions input capacity. This directly translates to the amount of XCASH you can send in one transaction, fixing an issue where users would have to process payments in multiple small payments.

-    Changed the input limit on outgoing transactions
-    Fixed the ring size to 21 in the CLI;
-    Added 5 trusted remote nodes in the GUI (faster synchronization time)

Well iam really like the concept without ICO, its make the project pure grown by their self. I have some a few projects without doing a ico and its really success. So that's why i really support the concept and project XCA

The thing is, you can get help there from devs with your problem (some are online most of the time). Info: ANN channel either Discord or Telegram. I dont say you shouldn't discuss here, but maybe the 2 said is faster if you have technical questions.

 Btw XCA uses all 3, including BCT. XCA-Paul (dev) is active here and some XCA-Ambassadors. This isnt an ICO just for your 2cents. (Btw blame ETH for the ICO/SCAM shit, they let tokens on their chain and all kind of garbage, this then anchored down and sunk crypto)
Devs dont swim in money, its a long time away, but by that point HOLDERS will swim in in $$$ too, even little miners/hodlers. It has a great potential and we have things going:

1. Nodes are fixed soon, better sync
2. 1.4.1 wallet
3. exchange (unspents/mixing/recombine) problem fix

Sadly this bear market is bad for XCA price, but well I am not here to dump.  

I don't like it! BCT allows you to scroll through and read for yourself while discord is all over the place with beeps every second and unneeded updates scrolling by constantly. It is too hard to find info and educate yourself on tele or discord but maybe the reason to use it is so info is convoluted? I dunno, but most projects are using these site now and it is not for my benefit. Anyone else mining this coin endlessly in the hope that an exchange actually re opens it this year? This is ripe just like everything else in crypto for fraud as insiders will drop their coins before Ive had a chance to eat my breakfast. We will know when the exchanges reopen not by watching this site but by witnessing xcash plummet on cryptopia. SUCKS CRYPTO IS JUST A MANIPULATED MESS OF SPECULATION AND SCAM...COULDA AND SHOULDA BEEN MORE.

- Tomorrow we will deliver update 1.4.1. Among some bug fixes and new features, we have fixed the issue that limited large transactions.
This bug was notably preventing the withdrawal of consequent amounts from exchanges. We have asked Stex to put the withdrawal/deposit in maintenance while we provide them the update.
When the update is done, you will be able to withdraw and deposit larger amounts in one transaction.
