So if financial institutions which are supposedly manipulating price of gold, will decide that gold must go even lower, to help themselves with FIAT economy, value of this coin will go down too? I mean all gold ethusiasts I know tell me that price of gold is kept down, but if it is so controlled, why should it be better hedge than relatively decentralized Cryptos?

So this is a pure POS coin ?
Xaurum is not a new coin, it was created in early 2015. It was implemented as a pure PoS coin (Blackcoin code), and will now become an Ethereum dapp.
Some news:
We're happy to see we have a few new translations, our PR statement was published by Bitconnect,, and RICO was added to the ICOcountdown. A twitter campaign is being prepared, so that even the newbie accounts will have their chance to participate.
We'll be preparing for RICO during the weekend, after that, part of our team will travel to Istanbul to finalize the contract with Nadir and Loomis. At the meeting with the financial giants, we'll further discuss the option of making our digital account publicly open, so anyone will be able to verify the quantity of the gold held by the Xaurum commonwealth. This kind of storage transparency is required for us to truly benefit from the technology of smart-contracts.
We thank all of you that helped with your contributions, and hope the you will all be pleased with the results of the RICO.

1. Anyone that has XAU BEFORE the RICO (this weekend) will have the XAU converted to XAUR this weekend (8000:1) or does the purchase of XAU have to happen after this weekend?
2. Currently the Xaurum mint is 1,000 XAU....will that be the same number (1,000) for XAUR mint? If it is different, do you know how many will be needed to mint?

2. All the formulas will be adjusted according to the split (1 XAU = 8000 XAUR), this means masternodes will now require 8 000 000 XAUR. There will only be changes for the RICO, and some adjustment to the smart-contract format (there will be some improvements to mining).

I really like the idea of this token and I sent pm to reserve a blog review as I really like anything that is backed by real assets, such as gold and other bullion. I want to see how this goes.

Couple of months ago I was met with XAU via an exchange! Then finished some reading visiting the website. And got feeling to be involvement. But the high price keep me at bay! Now the opportunity is here. Feeling myself lucky to see the thread at first place. Already join SIG campaign. And want to do some promotional work via Twitter for XAUR new adventure!
