My one disclaimer for this exchange is: Read the instructions carefully when you are withdrawing, you need to do some additional tasks aside from an amount and a recipient address.
100% agree with you. I have being using it for awhile now too. The only issue they have now is manual BTC withdrawal. It took them 3 days to send BTC to my wallet last time. HEAT / BTC = .4428 USD / 2600 USD = .00017. Those are their listed numbers. It says HEAT / BTC = .00017 and the math checks out.
BTC / XEL = 2600 / .104 = 25000.
Math checks out again.
Maybe it's different on desktop but on mobile it doesn't say anything about units being in Satoshi.
