Wonderful! I think you may enjoy it then. The game is a combination of football manager simulation games, collectible cards and data from actual football games.
Yes, it's played using collectible cards. Most of those are free.

And by that logic a lot of things can be marked as an ICO, including Bitcoin itself. The game wasn't ~~planned~~ created to boost the value of a coin. The cryptocurrency aspect was ~~created~~ factored in the equation to glue two entities together: fantasy sports and collectible card games, by providing transparency and verifiable proof on the creation and distribution of game assets (be it tokens or cards).

If a Counterparty asset can be done in 5 minutes, I'm not sure you can say the same about the effort put in everything else.
