Your withdraw issue makes sense. I've had this problem with AMP when people were withdrawing it to swap to RHOC.
The way exchanges work is they don't have all the coins in hot wallets. Only like 20% or less. So when people all withdraw to bittrex today the wallet gets emptied and they have to refill it.
You should be able to withdraw again soon.
This is a good sign that the wallet got emptied. It means holders would rather keep their XMG and moved it off poloniex instead of selling it.
Never thought like this,but it makes real sense and may be so is the reason they are holding the withdrawal process even though they are telling to withdraw the coins ,may be they thought that people would sell the coin rather than withdrawing when they see that the coin will be delisting ,but it is a blow as Polo is one of the major exchanges which has more volumes than the rest of the exchanges.The way exchanges work is they don't have all the coins in hot wallets.
