Thanks Spexx. Thought you would just post the link to that post but this is also perfect!

To be brutally honest, I couldn't be assed to look up my last post on the subject and it was easier to type out something new Grin

BTW did you made a post some time ago about Proof of Stake and what to do with send coins to yourself.
I thought you did but I can't find it.

I have made several posts about it. One way is to create a new receiving address (I called mine "Staking") and send all the coins to that. It works well enough if all the coins in the wallet can be sent in one transaction, but gets a bit more involved beyond that and you start needing to use the coin control features in the wallet to ensure that the coins are sourced from the right place. It isn't easy and you need your wits about you to get it right.

An easier way is to create a second wallet and send all the coins to that. While this is not strictly necessary, it
avoids a lot of complications, trust me on this. This is the method that I will be adopting and the new software that I am developing should help with managing multiple XMG wallets. It is not possible to have two wallets running simultaneously on one machine, but with a bit of file management it is fairly routine to run one or the other.

What would be really nice is a new XMG wallet with an easy (dare I say automatic?) staking function. The current method is a bit clunky imho, non-intuitive and difficult to understand. There is a lot of room for improvement there.

Thanks Spexx. Thought you would just post the link to that post but this is also perfect!

Are there any plans for XMG to become verified market at Bittrex?
https://bittrex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203692234--Draft-What-is-a-Verified-Market-

Did not look at that. But M-team will check it out.
I don't understand whats the benefit for Magi for doing that at the moment. Maybe you can explain a little about it here.

It is only a draft proposal that Bittrex are asking for feedback on.

XMG would qualify already under the terms proposed, so if they do implement the scheme it would be a formality.

I think it is live now - logging at https://bittrex.com/ you can chose markets from the table "ALL MARKETS" and from the smaller table of  coins named "VERIFIED  MARKETS".
Maybe its possible to send them a request for adding Magi there?

You can read details under the upper link.
Verified Market:
A Verified Market is a market whose Market currency has completed a proof-of-developer by a developer verification service such as ProofofDev.com and has traded on the Bittrex site for over 120 days.

For example, BTC-URO trades UroCoin which has a PoD score of 4 and has been on Bittrex since May 15th, 2014.  Source: http://proofofdev.com/uro-urocoin/

We do not warrant any developer or coin verification scores but provide them as a tool to help traders assess the level of risk they are willing to take.

Probably people hold their coins, true. But also not much people want to buy.

From my analysis, I would say that there is rather too much on the sell side at the moment (I have been saying this for weeks now) and the recent buy support has been mostly filled. This has left a bit of a void in the upper part of the buy market.

I would advise the would-be sellers to withdraw their coins back into their wallets and start staking it instead Cheesy

Well ... either that or sell it me real cheap. I have plenty of BTC waiting if anybody is getting cold feet and feels the need to dump some XMG on me. I'll have it Grin

ow no you dont, me first, sell them to me

I agree, but I guess there's (almost) only one at the sell site, the collected coins of the bot.

I Love Magi!!   Cool

Nice, Magi going strong ! Smiley

Magi IS strong from a long time, mate.  Wink
With the Proof of Interest campaign opening in 2 days its better to hold or buy some cheap XMG!
More coins means more interest-coins. Smiley

That exactly I was planning- already bought a descent amount, but will keep it on surprise for the application on POI2...
Edit: congrats fot the 500 pages growth 😊
Nice thanks!
Now Magi is on his way to page 1000! Smiley

price drop?

Price is quite stable.
Worse problem is the amount of trades. There is very little trade what is hard to understand for such a good looking coin.
The reason is simple - People just hold their coins.

Probably people hold their coins, true. But also not much people want to buy.
