May i ask where the data of blocks (local wallet) stored?
The wallet warning me about Disk space is low, but the disk D ( where i store magi-qt.exe ) still has alot of free disk (82GB), while the windows disk C only have 1GB left, and i cant give more space to disk C...
What should i do now?

Option 2 seems to be fair. IMHO.
I don't think so , my friend. If someone participate with certain anount should be able to keep that amount all the time of campaign. I think there will be fair if the participant's amount falls during the campaign, to be expelled from it. That will secure the claimed interest during the PoI. So my opinion is 1st option with explained above details...
Depends on the the amount in less. If there is more than 30% or 40% less, option 1 else option 2.
Option 2 seems to be fair. IMHO.

That is one reason, yes, but there is a general fundamental principle in all cryptocurrencies that no one party should ever control more than half the total hashpower. What I like most about spreading the hashpower across the pools is that no matter which pool mines a block, I get a share of it. Keeping an eye on the pools also allows me to divert hashpower to those pools in need of support from time to time. Ideally, we need at least 3 pools operating at any one time with each having roughly equal total hashpower running on them - very difficult to achieve in practice though.
You do not have to spread your hashpower. Nothing compels you to do so and there is no reason to feel guilty if you neglect to do so
