No any news for a long time. Dead scam coin.
I solved problem.
I manually selected desired amount of XRE in "Coin Control Features-Inpits", so I got "Bytes"<1000 and "Change">0. After that my transaction was successfully sent

Try it this way.
1. take the settings so
2. make a backup of your wallet.dat than add -zapwallettxes parameter to a shortcut on the desktop of revolvercoin-qt.exe, start it and wait until the process finishes do not forget to remove the extraParameter the next time you run Your wallet.
3. Run the Wallet NEW make a Transf.
If this does not help, I unfortunately also no longer further, maybe your RevolverCoin client is complained then I would make everything new and insert wallet.
This can't be selected if "Coin control features" is enabled. Only if "Coin control features" is set to "automatic" as default.

if the wallet says insufficient fund there's a problem with the inserted sum i can't see in the screenshot the amout and if you selected or not to subtract fee to amout.

I did all as you said: enabled the checkbox in settings > option > wallet > enable coin control features and restarted the wallet. After that, clicked on Send > Coin Control Feature > Inputs and selected the inputs. Total size in bytes is 966 bytes. Also, Transaction fee was "Recommended".

looking at the fee of 0.00028120 that is bigger than 0.00020000 i can deduce that your transaction is more than 1000 bytes the current TX size limit, this is because you have many different small TX in your wallet.
so try this: enable the checkbox in settings > option > wallet > enable coin control features and restart the wallet, then when you click on Send > Coin Control Feature > Inputs select the inputs and don't surpass 1000 bytes of total size and send to whoever you want.

did you lower the Transaction Fee, the default value is 0.00020000 XRE/kB what's yours ?
I tried different fees with no success.The last attempt with "Recommended" fee, for example:

You're the only one with the problem I had that time but it was already 3 weeks ago I had it done as Jack wrote it and am then only on one peer and it works.
I don't understand what you are talking about.Problem exist - this is a fact. Maybe it's a problem with wallet, maybe something else - i don't know.

My client is fully synced with official XRE explorer.I did as you suggested and money came back to my wallet. Thanks.
