How you solve the problem of transfer as you stated above in OP. Can you provide the solution or it mean price of this token will stay flat at a level because if price will increase than transfer will also go higher for example when bitcoin was around $230 than fee were around $0.03 now network fee is so high because of high price of bitcoin.

Nodes owners rewarding
