I tried everything: deleted from roaming, reinstalled wallet from seed. restarted wallet several times but I can't see coins in this transaction in my wallet

Kinda? It will be better, but that's more because of the update that is 'needed' for the update not the fork itself

That looks like it fixed my syncing problems as well.
Edit: nope, closed and opened to test and it stopped working the last time. Just have to delete appdata to check balances until they get this fixed.

We're sorry for the inconvenience but the explorer is almost fully synced and there are many upgrades coming. If you don't want to join us now that's totally understandable and we recommend coming back in about 2-3 weeks when we hopefully have the Windows QT wallet done and the hardfork has happened.
You are very choosy in questions you answer. 
Just 2 posts earlier I asked you how to get my coins in the wallet - I did everything possible for simple user and didn't succede. You have no answer for that?

Explorer is syncing like turtle. It is now on 9th on October. Is it ok for the coin? Don't you think that qt wallets all will sync like this. And the coin is only several days old . what will it take after 6 months or a year?
what can i say? dev promise fix for network .. i m waiting for see what happenend..

It's not the case that "Enlighten" has the priority. Our dev's are working hard to fix the problems but while we're doing that we also think it's important to explain what SHIELD is about. Many problems you are encountering are being talked about in our Medium post. Our article about Project Billfold goes in a little deeper about why the wallets are taking the time they are.
We're sorry for the inconvenience but the explorer is almost fully synced and there are many upgrades coming. If you don't want to join us now that's totally understandable and we recommend coming back in about 2-3 weeks when we hopefully have the Windows QT wallet done and the hardfork has happened.
