Sad to hear the referral program has ended.

Im new to ICOs, given that it is based on ETH, will I be able to send WCX ICO tokens from one account/address to another?

The referral program will likely be back. We've suspended it for now to to extreme demand while we reorganize to deal with it this early on.

WCX tokens are ERC20 issued on the Ethereum blockchain so you can send them between any Ether wallets.

Great decision. Applaud.

There is a network to be overloaded, it is the network that the server runs on, essentially bots will spam a large amount of tiny transactions, which requires a separate POST call for each transaction, many bots doing that at the same time will essentially cause an unintentional DDOS attack on the server's network, so it would be in their best interest to somehow limit the number of transactions these bots can perform in a certain time period,  of course this limit should be relative to the number of people and bots who use the website at a single time, and the capacity that the server can support

Rest assured that our system can handle it Wink. We can do guaranteed a minimum of a million transactions per second, and our infrastructure allows us to easily scale the system to support additional demand if needed.

Thanks for this project. Here's my first question. What's your affiliation with ANX (https://anxintl.com/)? Is WCX a split of ANXIntl or a completely seperate entity? I'm relatively sure that there's a connection.
ANXPRO charges trading fees as low as 0.05%, and we don't charge any transaction fees to trade bitcoins.

None. I used to work for ANX a few years ago, but there is no affiliation between WCX and ANX.

From where i can check who excatly are in WCX dev team? Or are you planning to be anonymous?

We are not planning to be anonymous. This information, alongside the whitepaper, will be posted around the end of this week/start of next week. We're ironing out the details.

I dont think they are related to Anx people, it's complete different business. Also referral program is "ended for now" because WCX got too many signups.

The project is very interesting. I'm afraid of very small commission. The commission is significantly lower of other exchanges. It could trigger arrival on the Exchange many bots. Sir, how will you deal with bot?
Um why you against bots? the exchange would make money on every single trade regardless of if it was human or bot traded, in my opinion the more bots the merrier
Low fees generates a lot of small spam transactions. There is no sense in commission, if you can't sell or buy the right amount. And spam transactions will be hard to overload network.

There are several ways around it, for instance you could put a cap on the number of transactions under $5.00 USD value per 24 hour period per account, make the minimum transaction amount $2.00,or more if need be.  People are clever and they will always find a way around the rules, so instead of fighting them it is best to try to cooperate with them, and allow bots with conditions if the network can not support the number of transactions happening at a time.  Otherwise the exchange will just get stuck in a never ending game of cat and mouse trying to chase away bot users.

Not sure what you guys mean. There is no 'network' to be overloaded - WCX is not a decentralized exchange and trades are not made on-chain.
Bots will also have to pay our commision like everybody else.

How many coins will be in existence?

This is still unannounced.

Looks like referral amount (100 coins) are not giving now. Can anyone please confirm this?

The referral program has ended for now due to much higher than expected demand.

That's not really true. 0 fees would make a lot of spam transaction, but WCX 0.1% fee is well enough to avoid this.
