Premine is staking until the presale are not finish.Its more fair for the early adopter and that secure the network.
No it's not fair at all to coin holders if you are claiming all the rewards, you can turn staking off and still run your wallet as a node to secure the network. Are you doing some sort of air drop to give the stakes back that you collected?
