Correct. The block rewards of 12.5 has been increased by 1000% compared to the other ZEC coins, so, yes the premine looks maybe high but the block rewards looks also 10 times higher. It is in fact less founder rewards then other coins. It allow people that mine the coin to give them some decen t amount of ZAMC coins and not just 0.02 ZAMC...

This coin is created by the same people as ZDASH...
720,000 ZAMC coins are generated per day... 30 days = 21,600,000 so dev owns 50% of all coins after 1 month mining. Just 100% the same as ZDASH only they changed the block rewards... nothing difference here... even the code is 100% the same.
