Zenland is closer than ever to becoming fully decentralized! When the buyer and seller cannot come to an agreement, they can invite a
contract-neutral third party to the contract who will collect all the evidence and offer/initiate a resolution. Until this point, Zenland Team has been playing the role of the only agent on Zenland. Now, anyone who is interested can become one.
During contract creation, users (buyer and seller) can hand-pick and assign an agent of their choice, based on their individual preferences or established track records. When sides fail to agree, they can invite the assigned agent to arbitrate the case.
Upon completion, users rate and leave feedback on their arbitration experience (if an agent was invited). This invaluable feedback not only informs fellow users but also shapes the reputation of the agents. When we are done with beta testing, a list of all agents along with their reputation data will be published and publicly available on Zen.land website.
In a bid to incentivize fairness and excellence, top-rated agents will benefit from progressive earning opportunities. This aligns their incentives with our core values of fairness, reliability, and community-driven trust.
Important!- Agents can see and interact with ONLY escalated-disputed contracts. They have no access whatsoever to escrow contracts unless the buyer or seller escalates their dispute.
- You can choose not to pick a custom agent. In this case, Zenland Team will be assigned as the agent.
