I agree with you, I have been trying to reset my PIN on there and that is not working either. Now my account is locked. Any zoi.acc-pool.pw admins here? I tried their contact page and that does not work it gives me the error "Expected response code 220 but got code "", with message """ when I try and send the message. And their support link does not work since they never changed the code there it is pointing to the wrong place. At least that admin was nice enough to let me know it was the wrong place.

Check your account settings on the pool. It has been reset of the settings. Should input Payout Address and Automatic threshold again
