i did that. Just tried the pool to use a more optimized miner. Anyway the coin seems dead.
blocks are being found... coin dead?
if it was traded - market cap is maybe 100$ but not dead

Ok. I understand now. I've never used any pools for this coin. It's a toy coin, so no point in making much of an effort anyway.

The difficulty is so low, pools aren't necessary. Open the debug menu and type 'setgenerate true' .....Wait a few minutes to see the blocks you've mined.

Just mined some for fun but that pool took almost half of my blocks and didnt pay me. I was the only one mining but didnt get the payouts. I t hink there is something wrong with the software. Will let the built in mining run over night since i have free electricity.

but don't mine.. its not even on exchanges (as far as i know unless someone put it there and didn't say! )

I don't have any real plans for this coin yet
as far as i know its not being traded anywhere
and i am not going to add it on exchange myself (no funds for that or much interest)
suddenly diff. jumped to 8 today! (i didn't look in awhile)
if anyone have any idea what to do with this coin..
i'v been mining it on and off with my very old pc (with 1 thread)
since this coin is not traded i want to try stuff on it
I would like to try a hard fork. to reduce the amount of total 'coins'
there are some things i missed in the code like message start
and probably more things
this coin is from 2013. so it's considered 'old'
I still think CPU coins, and also GPU coins are complete waste of energy
and running BOINC is more useful
too bad that right now worldcommunitygrid don't have any GPU projects

This post may end its absurdly easy difficulty, but anyone who never knew the feeling of easy solo mining, try Zurcoin. Even a pentium can solo mine this coin.
