Fair launch means windows wallet?
No, it just means that there is no premine and that the blockchain will be accessible to everyone at the same time.
You can compile a Windows version of the CLI wallet.

Yeah i was at the launch of Xelis, no premined coins, everyone knew the date weeks before the launch, and most important things the dev team gave all the tools to start mining even for the average Joe, wich obviously it's not the case in your fork...No precompiled binaries for windows, No Desktop wallet like the nice Genesix, and a launch with a empty server...Apparently your definition is quite questionnable i call it a lie and a pure money grab...
Just because Xelis did it that way doesn't mean we all have to do the same. As I've already told you, I think our definition of fair launch is acceptable.
