Low hard cap is a plus. Not such a crazy thing though, given that Dice/Etheroll which is a similar concept, has a total market cap of approximately $23M.
It's kind of similar, but more replayability and strategy in my opinion.
There's definitely more strategy involved in predicting entire markets of people's behavior than with just rolling a die.
When you put it that way, you're definitely right.

We have reduced the hard cap and the token price because of Ether price increase! Our hard cap is now 4000 ETH if we sell all the tokens in Phase-1. Website is now updated with contract address and gas limits. Do not send Ether until the scheduled time. Game based token are the most sophisticated in my opinion when the price is fluctuated by exchanges and traders alone from the utility of the token in the game. I followed rustbits and reality clash which are not able to establish a product even after success in ICO.Luckily Ethorse pretty much already has an established product.

Yes I'm very interesting in this project. But I think its almost impossible to getting in because of the low hard cap.

How much does it cost to purchase tokens and what happens if you don’t raise what you’re trying to raise?
Conversion rate for Phase 1 sale is 1 ETH = 20,000 HORSE
Our soft cap is 500 ETH. IF we don't reach that, the smart contract will enable the refund.
I'm curious why Horse is valued so low initially?
Is there a reason? Why not 2,000 HORSE per ETH?
The conversion rate is set based on the total supply and the ether we want to raise from the crowdsale.
I guess I'm not sure I understand. What's the difference between pricing each horse at 20,000, and 2,000. Whether you set each ETH equal to 20k or 2k, is entirely up to you isn't it?
