What would be your definition of failure?

Low hashrate? NO, a high of 194gh/s is anything but low for a coin less than 24 hours old.

Poor value? Well it's cheap at the moment because of the dumpers, it's still less than 24 hours old.

No community? Well 60 pages for Pre-Ann and Ann isn't the highest but it's still pretty good.

No dev? NO, he's still here and from what he's said and asked he has plans.

Bad launch? NO, in fact it was probably the smoothest launch I've seen in my year of mining.

Bad exchanges? NO, Bittrex and Poloniex are both good reliable exchanges one of whihc is in the top 10 for highest BTC volume...

Oh, and for a coin less than 24 hours old, 63BTC is pretty good for a coin that isn't even 24 hours old yet...
