Smells to high heaven of SCAM. Also how can you claim $10,000 per coin when coin365 is only ~$600 dollars and 42coin is ~$10,000. That would suggest a value more like $200 max if there was no premine. making that a max marketcap of $200,000 ever.

I may be wrong but usually the PoW part of PoS coins is the soft cap, theoretically many coins that claim a max is not truly the max as staking can potentially push the number higher. However, given the interest on most coins especially this one, the chances of many new coins being generated is exceeding low unless of course no one trades and everyone keeps them unmoved in their wallets.
