For sure that this idea will be implemented in a public place like airports and areas where there are many people, but how will it become a targeted advertisement where people accessing the wifi thru routers were random people and have different interests?
Don't worry about that, it could start with a few geo-targeted rules that will get refined over time

Idea of the projects sounds great. Decentralised wifi is necessary in our world, which soon become decentralized too. I'm in!
